Lag problem increasing

I am experiencing a lot of lagging issues in all aspects off the game (arena, quest, aq, aw). I am by far the best player out there, but this is making me loose fights I would normally not loose, or take a lot more damage than normal. It is almost making the game unplayable, but certainly frustrating.

Are there other players experiencing the same issues?
Is the game investigating and fixing this issue? It seems to be getting worse.

Kabam, please share more information about this issue:
- What is the cause of this problem?
- What are you doing to resolve this issue?
- Most important: when will this issue be resolved?

I would also like to add that Parry does not seem to be working as it should. I just played Monthly Uncollected Modok event, chapter two, mission two. About 1 in 15 parries worked. For most other parries, the word ‘Parry’ appeared in green on the screen, but the opponent did not actually parry.

Please resolve these major issues in game play. Why should I, as a customer, spend more money on your game if you are not able to resolve these problems in a timely manner? If you will not even explain the issues and provide a timing for resolution?
