Probably a hard question for non-designers to answer, but still curious if anyone has insight on this.
In the scenario where you've accidentally pushed the AI to 3 bars of power and are frantically holding block trying to bait a heavy instead of an SP3, what determines whether the AI will take the bait or just throw the SP3?
I can't really say it's RNG because I've tested this a lot, and some champs, like, Hyperion, will immediately throw the SP3 99.99% of the time, whereas with some other champs there's a fair chance they'll take the heavy bait.

10 or more revives: 50% chance of throwing SP3.
1-9 revives: 75% chance of throwing SP3.
0 revives left: 110% chance of throwing SP3 (just in case of any possible AAR).
