Hi. I cancelled my subscription and renewed through web store. Seems I can’t do Anything on the in game sigil store now? Everything shows locked. Any help appreciated
After cancelling, did you logout and then back into the webstore? It often has updating issues.
I did, yeah. On both the web store and in game. I also cancelled 2 weeks ago, and then activated on webstore. And when the in game subscription was due for renewal, it has now shown as locked.
Did you re-up on the webstore right after you canceled in game? I would think that would've added another month to your subscription (extending you to March 27) and you would've gotten the units and credits at the time you signed up through the webstore. Does the webstore show an expiration date for your subscription?
Obviously something is broken for some no matter what, but it sounds like you're having a different issue.
Yeah, exactly that. Renewed immediately on the webstore and it shows renewal of March 14. But everything in-game is locked. Can’t use anything in Sigil store.
Be sure to submit a ticket. It isn't surprising in the slightest that this new format isn't working properly, and hopefully it's a quick fix, but your situation is probably rare and should be pointed out.
Annoyingly, I’ve submitted a ticket and it’s been closed and says “resolved” without any comment. The ticket system is so broken itlnnitslef. Asking first purchase and type of purchase when my account is over 10 years old 😂. How does anyone remember that?
i thought there was suppose to be a larger unit boost every time it renews because that’s what said in the video but i got the same amount of units at renewal or is the unit to the weekly package
Now that you mention it, I vaguely remember mention of some benefit to keeping the subscription vs month to month reup. Was that the benefit for keeping it going month to month?
yes that is what was said in the video karate mike states that you will get a larger unit boost each time it renews

I personally cancelled after looking at the horrible initial sigil and re subscribe manually this month because I was too close to a las 7* crystal from credits and it worked fine. Little suggestion, go to Xsolla's customer support too.

Search for the Xsolla support page, or try to log into your xsolla wallet.
Can we go back to purchase monthly? Because apparently kabam cannot handle the monthly subscription process. Kabam help desk isn’t helping any and dragging their feet replying

Hey Kabam I just linked my account to twitch and claimed all three twitch drops and got the energy refills and revives in game but not the legend crystals even though it was claimed. I dont know if it was a bug or if i did something wrong but i would love an answer if possible. Thanks
For starters, I'm Valiant and last year spent around $300 on the game, so I'm not a big spender, but I would wager that folks like me is where they get a lot of their income from.
Now after Kabam Crashed's dissertation yesterday and the AQ Raids compensation they released I'm beyond pissed so I decided I'm canceling my Sigil subscription and I'm not buying the Platinum Track like I have been. It is a slap in the face that the sigil store sucks at my level, the folks who did nightmare raids get compensation (and it wasn't even all that good IMO) while the rest of us get nothing. Why in the world are you giving out compensation for raids and not for the 1,000 other issues that is affecting the rest of us.
Battle Grounds - I stopped playing because it literally takes forever to find and complete matches. I just don't have that kind of time to waste anymore.
Act 9 - I quit after the first path of 9.1.1 because the nodes are just stupid. This is supposed to be difficult but still fun.
AQ makes me want to punch myself in the face but i have to do it because it's one of the few places I can get T4A and T6CC.
AW has dumb nodes where its impossible to bring counters to cover the entire path (including bosses)
The monthly EQ needs a major update, I only do the 3 lower ones now on auto-fight just to get the units because it's not worth my time.
All of the stores are out of date and the stuff cost way to much.
The AI...OMG dude, I am SO FREAKING tired of missed parry's, dropped inputs (I dex but just stand there and get punched in the face), getting intercepted when I do a medium, the ever increasing dexes that the defenders are doing, the side stepping on medium.
Incursions - There is nothing in the store worth buying.
And for the life of me, one thing I've never understood is how I have to hit the freaking defender 60 to 100+ times to knock him out yet he can take me out in under 10 hits....just freaking crazy.
I'm an IT Enterprise Architect, I design, document, and troubleshoot **** all day and when I get off work I just want to have fun and play to take my mind off the events of the day but I think this is actually more frustrating than my actual job. In case you can't pick up what I'm saying, you have made this game a no fun zone, when you change it I will start spending again.
How do we get more sigil credits? How many are we supposed to get per month? Only 30? That means it’s one titan per year?
One Titan per year, if you don’t spend more than 20 credits anywhere else that year. 60 Sigil credits per month to get 720 annually and 700 for the Titan.
If you buy via webstore, it’s 75 Sigil credits per month—so you only need 10 months to get your Titan😂

The subscription is simply not worth having. It's not even about the price, it's just that the content is minimal and the slighly-handy features like trading up your lowest-level potions are now gone. I was subscribed but found I didn't even care to check the store, so I've cancelled.
Honestly, why do level 1 & 2 heal potions even exist? A full bank of 30 barely makes a dent on a 6 or 7-star champ.
