Is this a bug or we just not meant to receive this yet

So i had 141 units just got the 800 from the offer but for whatever reason I didn't get the 2 star ultron neither the 1 extra energy increase and mostly what has me mad didn't get my 300 units. Is this a bug or was the game not just ready for players reach lvl 62?

The weird part is even 2 star ultron doesn't exist either and is there as a summoner lvl

Lvl 61 gives you 71 energy lvl 62 gives you 72 energy. I can tell the rewards weren't received cause 2 star ultron wasn't received and for sure no 300 units either

I was asking because I got to level 61 and am still at 70 energy. I got the rewards from level 61 but not the energy increase.

Im not sure how they overlooked this, since epoch exploration alone gives you 90-95% of the exp required to go from 61 to 62

Level 61 doesn't give additional energy. You got to 71 energy at level 62.
Level 62 rewards are currently bugged because 2* Ultron is not in the game. It will be corrected with the next update and players that reached level 62 prior to the monthly update will receive the missing rewards sometimes after that. Per Crashed.

When Abyss launched they thought it would be a long while before anyone beat the content at all, then Seatin did it in the first several hours while on vacation in Mexico (and somehow didn't get banned). They probably a) didn't think players would have it explored as quickly as they did, and/or b) forgot to put Ultron in the game (which should've happened at the time the new levels were added) or didn't realize that him not being there would break it.

Sure, but they could've just dumped all the labtron rarities back in December when the new levels were announced to get it over with and avoid potential issues, which is what I assume they will now do next update

Most likely wasnt suppose to be hit that quickly as they estimated 2 months roughly per level also they know unowned breaks game as dkg bundle had to be removed as people got all pieces early before he was suppose to actually go live

That explains a lot. I don't understand though how a single champ can mess up lvl rewards at least with the units and all of that
