Battleground Rank Rest Rewards Missing

1) do we get battleground chips and other rewards after each month our rank resets ?
2) if yes then this month i was gold rank i was going to get around 13k battleground chips along with 4* relic shards and one more thing dont know that chips name

All of these rewards is missing from the game i forgot to take screenshot and i don't have evidence for that but it was issue or glitch don't know.

Can some help here to clear all this doubts?

There are no season's end rewards for ranks in the victory track. All you would get would be solo rank rewards from the solo objective and alliance rewards from the alliance objective if you are in an alliance. There's no extra rewards for being in "gold rank" aside from one time rewards from each rank you achieve.

Okay thanks for the clarification seems the pop up screen which was shown to me while i entered battleground for this season was a glitch

If the pop-up is what I'm thinking it is, then that's a completely different thing. If you're starting in gold, then you complete 5 matches to earn all the rewards you would've earned in bronze and silver. Once you've completed your 5 matches at the start of a season, those rewards go to your stash. You can only claim those rewards from the stash, so check there.
