Summoner engagement is not calculating/tracking points correctly (raids specifically)

My partners and I (circled in red) defeated the 3 raids defenders on our path and I defeated the boss. Defeating a Raids defender = 20,000 points. Meaning that we should have at least 80,000 points between us JUST for raids. However we don't even have 80,000 points total for everything during the week.

Can other people check their own points to corroborate?

Yes, this isn't working for us either. I posted in Discord bug section and opened a support ticket back in June of last year. Generic response to the ticket, no response on Discord. I noticed yesterday when I bumped the Discord post that it was the Incursions event last time as well.

It states that players should get 20,000 per each 7* defeated in raids. This doesn't seem to be reflected in the scoring. I had this problem last month and it seems to have popped up again. The response I got to the ticket I sent in was "everything is working as intended". This cannot be the case though.

My group in raids took down 4 defenders. 3 on our path and the boss. Yet our scores in Summoner Engagement are as follows...
Me - 63,200
Dragonsden - 12,930
Jay123jevon1 - 9,500

Now we would expect our points from raids to give us 80,000 points. However the above total is only equivalent to 85,630 points. I am a VERY engaged player. I did NOT only contribute 5,000 points outside of raids. I do EQ, SQ, BG, AW, Arena, etc... and a lot of it.

As you can see, my group from the middle and the right group made it to the end. and yet none of them have over 20,000 points aside from me. And even if I got all 4 defenders myself you would expect for me to have 80,000 points at least. So this cannot be functioning properly.

We usually hit all milestones every summoner engagement. So it's odd we are so behind this time and last time raids was around unless something is not calculating correctly in Raids.
