    Probably Green Goblin because he grants a power efficiency which lowers cost of the special. There’s no perfect relic for him but GG is the best for him or at least it’s the one I find the most success with.

    Doesn’t benefit him in any way, unless you are running Silk in the team which gives you shocks on mediums. So no. GG is better for BGs and everywhere.

    I use GG for mine for this reason. Basically just acts as though Shocker has a slightly higher sig, which is nice.
