Summoner level 62 Bugged?

I reached summoner level 62 after epoch of pain. But I didn't get the in game notification, units, or the catalyst level increase. I raised a ticket with kabam and they closed it saying we have alerted the team. Anyone else facing this?

Everyone is facing this. It's a bug that's happening because 2* Ultron wasn't added to the game like he should've been when the levels were added. It is set to be fixed in the next monthly update and any players that hit level 62 prior to that update will receive the missing rewards separately sometime later.

I still have this problem
