Sigil subscription issue

I have resumed the subscription for the sigil, I have paid for it but it has not affected my account yet. Has anyone else had this problem?

Mine says renewing today but nothing has happened yet and not left my account.

There was a long delay when people signed up initially, so it's only fair that there be a long delay for renewal as well...Why fix something if it's already broken.

I canceled on the app and then bought on the kabam site. Now I have nothing.

I only checked because I got a text about my credit card being charged by Xsolla for the renewal. So if you have payment alerts like that set up, that should be a way to know when it comes in hopefully.

Mine didn’t auto renew like it should have and won’t let me purchase it either…

I would just wait for the renewal to come through. Don't cancel or repurchase, that will just create more headaches for you.

That's what I did, I repurchased..
I paused the payments in January and resumed today

Force close the game and restart. Worked for me after renewing in Webstore.
It acts like "purchases" of the daily crystal, it pops a screen to claim.

I’ve ended the game multiple times and signed in and out of the store multiple times. I got nothing.

Force closed and restarted, still nothing. If I don't get what I paid for I demand a refund

mine auto renewed and got a pop up on screen showing the units and credits that I received around 1:15 pm est , but it was in spanish for some reason. Not sure why it was in spanish , English is my selected language.

I hope someone is looking into this, everything shows I purchased it. Webstore says I'm receiving benefits, my subscription says its active but I can not access anything in the sigil store or use express mode in arena. I've even went as far as uninstalling and reinstalling the game and when I did I got a notification that I have a subscription with Champions. I do not have it. I see it is affecting others too

I had to get on my PC to renew. Mobile wouldn’t do it
