From The Ashes is newly buffed Phoenix.

Star Crossed is the newly buffed 90's Cyclops.

There's literally no one else these synergies would be. The easiest explanation is the right one.

Still, I think both of the "revealed soon" are Cyclops, which will apparently only be fully revealed in April.
There is 0 chance that From The Ashes is a synergy with Cyclops. Zero.

Jean Grey does not deal incinerate damage, nor is she immune to it. So the synergy is referring to INCOMING incinerate damage not affecting her force field.

Both in the comics and currently in the game, what is the most iconic visual and source of damage for the Phoenix? Fire, flame, incinerate. Cyclops has nothing to do with it - his powers aren't heat based at all, they're concussive blasts.

(if this shows up twice I'm sorry, it's just I'm having to retype this whole thing cause kabam just glitched and deleted my whole reply after I'd already sent it ugh)
Yes, you are probably right. I have seen confirmation that Revealed Soon is two different champions. But I still don't understand, if Revealed Soon #1 is Phoenix, then why hide her? (considering that we know her set)

Kabam Riri mentioned in a recent stream that Cyclops isn't quite ready (as far as I understood in terms of animations) yet and will be revealed in the next live stream, so I'm probably on board with @Toyota_2015 about Cyclops being "revealed soon". So maybe the Cyclops rework will come out in April

The Cyclops rework can't come in April
Why? His pass is 90 days, not 30.

You are right cause they've released Phoenix's kit already, and her synergies are all listed including Jean Grey.

So I'm a bit at a loss as well.

I know numerous people have theorized it could be Dark Phoenix, Madelyne Pryor, or Rachel. Like I said before though, the simplest explanation is probably the right one. With 3 Mutants released in the past couple of months and Cyclops on the horizon, I feel like champions like Rachel or Madelyne or DP would be pretty far away, plus I doubt it's DP because we're just now getting the Phoenix rework and focusing on that.

It could very well be that it was different people writing up each Champion Spotlight and some information just changed or wasn't fully updated. That seems incredibly likely with how editing usually works over there.

Just read Phoenix’s kit for the first time

It is no longer debatable that Phoenix will be in the “From the ashes” synergy. Put both synergy names together and the full phrase becomes “From the ashes…we are reborn.” She WILL be in the synergy, I am absolutely certain.

In this saga we know almost all classes. There will be two more skill champions (Lumatrix and obviously Yelena Belova) someone from the Cosmic class... And I don't think we will get, for example, Moonstone with Belova. I still think it's John Walker with her. So with Lumatrix, in my opinion, the cosmic champ will come out in April, and in May in that case, the mutant with Belova can't come out (considering that for sure there will be an advertising campaign with new champions specifically for the movie Thunderbolts*)

If there isn't a science champion coming in the saga then it can't be John walker surely? You keep saying things as if they certain like a mutant can't come with yelena, but what is that based on? The last film tie in we had, technically 2 if you count the leader as the original bnw update, both had 1 character from the film and one comic character, none of which had their film designs. Before that it was what, the marvels? Which had 1 film champion and a comic character, and gotg3 had one film and 1 comic too.

If we know all the classes as 2 skill a cosmic and a mutant then where did walker fit in that?

Because it could be someone other than phoenix. It's fair to assume we may get at least 1 more mutant this saga and the entire new comic run is called from the ashes. It clubs be kid omega or Rachel summers. Maybe even hope
May thunderbolts i see it being us agent also may be new war tactic which would lead as the new saga tactic also cosmic twitter bart has a good option for the cosmic if we are to get mutant i want but theres so many it can be when this year seems like a lot of asked champs to join from wishlist so could be so many madelyn rachel hope any other members of the summers family with phoenix ties could even be dark phoenix herself
Unless Thunderbolts update comes out in June it will be in the same saga we're currently in
I know but the next tactic for war which starts in may be next saga tactic and next attack be science so us agent can fit next saga tactic and we know may is thunderbolts movie as thats when the movie drops may 2nd

Also guys, I'll add one thing.

Zero.

What mutant? Dude, Jean Grey has already taken the place of the mutant in the saga, if there were others, they would be designated as unknown champions of the saga. We don't have a "coming soon" of mutants for this saga
