I think jean has alot of defender potential aswell, much more interesting and complex.

Seem like wildly different champs, except for class commonality and the ability to punish thorns stuff. I’m excited for Jean but she seems like more effort will be required to play her well.

Dazzler is great because she’s got a simple kit that can be played in subtly different ways. Reminds me of Chavez in that way. The parts are straightforward but you can do a lot of different things without giving yourself a tutorial beforehand.
