MCOC Star-Lord rework(my opinion)

This is my version of Star-lord buff, i want to make him better than decent, no more rng, can protect combo and much more. I also make his new animation just for fun.

Star-Lord Reworked
Class: Tech
Passive
-Immune to Ability Accuracy Reduction (AAR).
Heavy Attack while performing a non-combo ending basic attack
-Inflict a Passive Stun for 2 seconds. The Stun remains even if the opponent is struck.
-This effect does not trigger if Star-Lord has a Combo Shield Passive.
End Combo with Light Attack
-Gains a Passive Fury Buff for 0.7 seconds.
-This Fury is paused during Special Attacks.
Heavy Attack
-Landing a Heavy Attack grants 1 Combo Shield Passive.
-If Star-Lord takes a hit while Combo Shield is active, it is consumed instead of losing his Combo Meter and grants him X seconds of protection from further Combo loss.
Pre-Fight Ability – DoT Damage
-Before the fight, Star-Lord can choose one type of Damage over Time (DoT) effect to apply with his attacks:
-Shock: Apply shock, deals Energy Damage over X seconds.
-Coldsnap: Apply coldsnap, prevents Evade and deals Energy Damage over X seconds.
-Incinerate: Apply incinerate, prevents Perfect Block and deals Energy Damage over X seconds.
-Shock will be chosen by default.
*I will be use for his 2nd Special.
*Can be re-selected before each fight.
Passive – Element Gun
-Star-Lord's Element Gun cycles through four different elemental effects.
-Whenever an Element effect is triggered, the next shot will use the next element.
-Double-Tap Block to manually cycle to the next Element at any time.
-Element Gun Effects:
-FIRE: Inflicts Armor Break, reducing the opponent's Armor by 40% for 9 seconds.
-AIR: Inflicts Power Lock for 6 seconds, preventing all Power Gain.
-WATER: Drains 50% of the opponent's max Power.
-EARTH: Inflicts a Heal Block Debuff, preventing healing for 9 seconds.
Signature Ability – Tactician
All Attacks:
-As blows are exchanged, Star-Lord familiarizes himself with his opponent’s techniques, gaining the following bonuses per hit in his Combo Meter (up to 400 hits):
+X Attack Rating
+X Block Proficiency
+X Combat Power Rate
Special Attacks
Special 1
-Last hit inflicts a Slow Debuff for 10 seconds..
Special 2
-Last hit triggers Element Gun, applying the currently selected elemental effect.
-If Fury is active, also inflicts the chosen Damage over Time (DoT) effect from Pre-Fight Ability.
-Damage over Time effects increase in potency based on the Combo Meter, reaching maximum effectiveness at 400 hits.
-Gains +X Critical Rating based on the Combo Meter, scaling up to 80% Critical Chance at 400 hits.
Special 3
-Gains a Regeneration Buff, healing 0.05% of missing health over 20 seconds.
-The Regeneration potency increases by 0.05% based on the Combo Meter, reaching maximum effectiveness at 400 hits(20%).

Star lord new animation reworked:
Entering the Fight:
Descends from above using his jetpack, landing smoothly.
Once he touches the ground, his jetpack powers down, and he gets into his fighting stance.
Walking Animation:
Instead of walking normally, Star-Lord hovers slightly above the ground using his jetpack.
Dash Backward:
Dashes backward as usual, but with a small burst from his jetpack for extra style.
Idle Animation:
Star-Lord turns off his jetpack and stands normally.
Blocking Animation:
Star-Lord raises both of his Quad Blasters in front of him, crossing them to form a defensive stance.
Dash Attack:
Uses his jetpack to dash forward, slamming into his opponent, seamlessly transitioning into Medium 1.
Medium Attacks:
Medium 1: Jetpack-powered kick straight to the opponent’s chest using left leg.
Medium 2: Spinning double kick while using his jetpack, hitting the opponent twice(good for adding 2 hit on his combo).
Light Attacks:
Light 1: Uses his right leg to kick the opponent.
Light 2: Pistol whips the opponent with his Quad Blaster.
Light 3: Drives his knee into the opponent’s gut.
Light 4: Fires a close-range melee blast from his Quad Blaster(represents when fury buff triggers).
Heavy Attack:
Kneels slightly, preparing to launch forward.
Activates his jetpack, delivering a powerful charging kick straight into the opponent.
Backflips in mid-air before landing smoothly.
Special 1 –
Star-Lord activates his jetpack, hovering slightly as he unleashes a rapid 10-hit barrage from his Quad Blasters.
Final Hit: He throws a Gravity Mine at the opponent, causing a small explosion.
Special 2 –
Star-Lord delivers a powerful jet-assisted kick to the opponent.
As he spins mid-air, he charges a massive energy blast between his Quad Blasters.
Final Hit: He stabilizes mid-spin and fires the fully charged energy blast forward with both hands, dealing massive damage.
Special 3 –
Star-Lord ascends high into the air using his jetpack.
While hovering, he rapid-fires 3 bursts of 5 shots each (total of 15 hits) at the opponent.
He then descends back down, preparing to fire a final shot.
Just as he’s about to shoot, he notices his Quad Blaster isn't working!
Quickly smacks and fixes his gun, shaking it a bit.
At this moment, the opponent sees an opening and starts charging toward him.
Star-Lord suddenly fires a perfectly timed shot, stopping the opponent in their tracks.
He casually blows the smoke off his Quad Blaster(same like the classic one).
Victory Animation –
Star-Lord puts on his headphones, nodding his head to the beat.
He starts dancing, doing some smooth, goofy moves while clearly enjoying his music.
Occasionally, he spins around and air-guitars with his Quad Blaster before holstering it.
Finishes with a signature pose pointing both fingers like blasters at the screen.
