Email changing 🤷🏼‍♂️

i want to change my email because my email with which i registered has been hacked. now i have answered all the questions of kabam of the ticket. and at the end it says request not yet submitted check your email.? how can i check my email if i just fill in that it has been hacked 😡

I don’t know whether it is supposed to work this way.

It means for me, I will never be able to link my game to a valid email if I want to even if I have all answers to questions on account ownership.

For you, does it matter to change it and why?

You can check the ticket details on kabam support site. In-game tap on the wheel on left corner and tap on support. Enter your kabam details and logged in. Check your activity tab for the ticket raised. You can also reply to the ticket there.

Unfortunately this is new-ish and different between states/countries. Different rules/laws about it.
Everyone is careful about it and errs on the side of caution.

what makes me angry is that kabam makes it very difficult for players to change or fix something i create a ticket in which i indicate that my email has been hacked and then after i have filled in everything they ask to check my email to verify while i indicate that it has been hacked how much simpler can you indicate.
