Submitting request if you have no acces to your email

every request I submit to kabam support finally states to check my email to verify but I can't access my email because it has been hacked. And microsoft can't do anything with it and my email is now blocked so now my question is how can I change my email from my kabam account is there someone from the support team who can help me because with every request I have to check my mail which I can't. or can someone tag a kabam employee under this post who could help me.?
