Twitch drops don’t appear in game

I watch the last live stream and got all three drops on my Twitch account and claimed them. That account is linked to my game account, but I still haven’t gotten the rewards in the game.
Anyone else having this problem? Is there anything I can do?

IMO they forced everyone to watch at the same time but they couldn't cope with the amount, now they make out I'm a scrounger asking for compensation.
I don't want compensation,I want what I learnt.
And I mean earnt!
I'm on crutches, and the stream is always 5pm in the UK when most people are finishing work.
From the second the stream started, well before actually, there were constant messages in chat about people's individual technical problems and it just carried on.
Straight away I was told I was accessing Twitch on a device I hadn't accessed it before so instead of getting my bus home I had to try and prop myself up and put in all my details.i have only ever downloaded Twitch once,on this device, and only on the command of kabam.im following 1 streamer-kabam.
Then I had to verify my gleam account to be able to enter the giveaway.
Somehow I managed to keep the stream window open the whole time and at each time interval I successfully claimed my Twitch drops on the inventory page.
Logged into mcoc afterwards, nothing at first. Then after about 15-20 minutes a Twitch post in my kabam mail.
I opened it and got the energy refills.
No revives,no reunion crystals.
And you would think they would at least honour their offer but no,just gave me a rude remark about not giving out personal compensation.
I have 2 polite emails from Twitch apologising for not having the ability to give items in mcoc, and outlining all the facts about how i had claimed them successfully and qualified for kabam to send me them.
It's pathetic,we used to have 1 or 2 people in our ally watch the stream, then show us all the important information and give us the codes.then,in our own time,we would all claim the freebies via promo code,a perfect way to stagger the distribution, and even then a few times the market would crash.
But everyone would get them in the end.now it's pot luck and stuff you if you get missed out in the bottleneck.
Emailed Kabam, told me they can’t give compensation and to email Twitch as it was their problem (I didn’t think it was because I had the drops claimed in the inventory and with the accounts linked). Email Twitch and they reply immediately and very politely outlined everything was good on their end and they could see the drops had been successful, and that they couldn’t really do anything from there as they don’t have control over the game and the developers should help.
Emailed Kabam back explaining this and haven’t heard from them yet.
I’m not sure it qualifies as compensation if they just give us the drops we got on Twitch.
Maybe the problem is how to implement it if there are too many people affected, as it wouldn’t be fair either to give the drops to all players considering some already got them and would get them twice and some didn’t watch the livestream. However I feel like we should get them as they were promised if we watched it.
