Ehhh. Depends on your needs. R3 for sure. If you want a beast aw defender then go for the R4.

Just pulled his 5* a week or so ago. Definitely comes in handy. Tenacity, Bleed, Incinerate...

Why not he has higher damage output because of his dupe ability, can bleed and incinerate, has a high chance to stop evades and can shrug off debuffs so like a less powerful crossbones but with more abilities. Obviously there are better champs but he is better than most so I say go for it if you have no one else worthy enough.
