Lost items during first Ice Phoenix

I lost quite a bit during that hybrid Ice Phoenix run and never beat her. I also never got anything in my inbox but on Line several guys posted what they received as compensation. Anyone else feel mistreated by this ignorance of some of us "medium spenders"? And yes by medium spender I mean because we don't spend $1000+ a month but instead a few hundred. I've neber complained about this before but I really feel as if the whales get treated better based on a spending tier(this game revolves around tiers so why not the summoners and their spending as well?). Can someone from Kabam please fill me in?
