Keep in mind that there will be multiple promo codes, you can only use one, and you'll ideally want to use the one for the champ you want to throw your votes behind. But hey, if everyone wants to use the Rogue code I won't complain.
You need to look up the other creators that were mentioned in the stream and find their codes if you want to get behind a different champ.

I admit that the milestone being 130 makes more sense, so 10 people voting = 1 milestone, but at 160 that's only 13 people voting = milestone.

Or am I misunderstanding the issue...?

It is 130 not 160 but the point was more 13 votes only gives 13 points which doesn't really help towards the next milestone. You got 130 from login for one milestone.

Yes they are realm events but with individual contributions so each person needs to do 130 points per milestone and 13 points doesn't really make much difference unless these are going to be daily.
