Will there be a rework on cyclops

In platpool recently we see a token which can be trader for cyclops, so just wanted to know why not simply show a 7* cyclopes why is there a need for token?
Also wondering if cyclops would be buffed or not, just wanted to see if platpool is worth it.

    Cyclops won a Summoner’s Choice vote in (I think) September of last year and is receiving a rework this saga.
