Cyclops buff is taking longer than usual

We had Summoner choice vote in Jan and we are expecting the champ to be out in Sept (in 7 months). While Cyclops was voted in August last year and it will be available in May (9 months). If anything Cyclops buff should be easier to ship than Summoner choice because of existing model and kit to base on. Double track should have been for 1 month, they are unneccessarily dealying his rework.

If he came out seemingly unfinished you would be here ranting about it as you are now.
Let the designers actually decide how long it will take for THEIR CHAMPION to be ready not some random forum user named "Harry".

There's no existing model or kit to build off, this is a complete and total rework from the ground up. You deciding it should be easier doesn't make it easier and they've already said that getting a champion completed between January and September is a huge time crunch
