AI Reaction time

No matter what Kabam XYZ/ABC explains, the fact is that, AI reaction time is getting out of hands furthermore everyday, I get comboed 10-15 times in a row these days by defenders more than once every day, because apparently:
1. Defenders have forgotten to land less than 5 hits in a combo. And virtually they don't have any recovery time.
2. They can land heavies at the end of their 5 hit combos these days before I could recover from the last hit of the combo.
3. Today I got Heavied by Spider Ham from EPOCH of Pain right after I knocked him down with SP3. Apparently, my SP3 recovery time is now slower than Ham's heavy(WHILE HE IS KNOCKED DOWN)
4. Similar defenders like Ham, even If I go in with presumption of Dexing back after first hit, are somehow faster to Evade and deal a heavy hit and then start a combo, before even I can complete my Dexterity.

What the actual (fill in Good Words) is going on? Can Kabam demonstrate how are they testing these fights?

Also, why the game behaves relatively better/reliable when I'm recording qnd goes absolutely berserk when I'm not?
