Vulture, any redeeming value?

I have pulled and duped vulture on my second account as a 4*. Does he have any value worth taking him up? Resources are limited on this account but he is actually my only duped 4*

    Not a god tier but I'd be happy to have him...depends on your own progression and what other four stars you have

    I have just finished completion of act 4 on this account and have 4 paths left on the last level is master

    Vulture is definitely a better option than your r1s, but I would not r4 him because you have a r1 5* rogue. Definitely use any t4 basics on her first, I can't stress how much she has helped me finish endgame content.

    Ty and I know I have her rank 5 sig 60 on my main account. Basics aren’t really the problem it is alphas. I am short 1 to take her to rank 2
