if kabam did this, would it work for ..YOU?

Reason I’m asking is I just don’t think it’s a hard thing for kabam to solve….we all love the game. We just need kabam to show some love back. I don’t mean fixing the bugs. I just mean doing stuff to make people feel heard.
So let’s pretend kabam is customer centric, like Amazon or some other company. When you ring Amazon about an issue they normally just fix it. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience with Amazon customer service (apart at the very start of amazons life which is will forget, as they were just getting into their groove).
So let’s say, nightmare raids are a mess, and you call up customer service, and they said to you “oh let me take a look at that for you.., please hold…” ….”ah yes, I can see that there is an issue. What we can do is either cancel the raid for you (drop you and your entire alliance out of the raid entirely) and give you a full refund, or give you something so you can play through like plenty of revives (ie a kind of a discount) and you can keep the raid. For the discount, what discount would work for you. They’ve already provided 7 revives. So would you want say another 7? Or 14?
Sorry it’s turned out to be a bit of a rubbish product. We’ll do better.
So would this make you feel “ok”.
Ok enough to feel valued and heard and feel like they were doing something about it?

I feel I’d be happy with a refund - to drop the raid as they’d at least offered me a reasonable solution of removing alliance from raid and acknowledged the issue and didnt make me feel like an idiot for asking for a solution.

I feel neither solution would be enough to make me feel ok now. I’d want a different solution now (elaborate)

Worse case scenario I lost glory that I could have used in an outdated glory store and artifacts that I could have used in an outdated incursion store. 🤷
