Has the community ever been this united?

I can't remember seeing a time where so many big community players used their collective voices to usher in the same concerns? KT, Vega, Lags, Simula, Trappy, DamnEpic, even Seatin's come out of a mild (by his standards) hiatus to take issue with how the game is being pushed "forward". It's a real shame that it's not for something more positive but there hasn't been a great deal of positive experiences with the game of late. There's a concerted effort for people to speak with their wallets and force some kind of change in direction.

The minimum I hope this achieves is some serious QA checks from Kabam, the amount of bugged content released since the beginning of last year turns the game into an absolute meme of itself. If the resource isn't there for Kabam to test new releases, should there be a small group of volunteers to do the testing in a Beta environment, similar to how they do with new story releases? The glaringly obvious oversights recently being the Korg and Weapon X Nightmare fights which should have been absolutely noticeable from just 1 or 2 people taking the fights on.

Yeah a vast majority is united.

    I feel that's a bit of a reach.

There was a boycott that happened like 4 years ago I think. Top players and top alliances formed an agreement to do it.

To be honest, I think what really bothered people was the last live stream and nightmare raids were just the spark for the existing kindle. I'm a big fan of the game and very understanding when it comes to the business side of the game but that live stream was more of a QVC commercial then content announcement.

Seatins state of the game when the 7.1 beta dropped was much bigger than this. I think the thread on it was 70 odd pages. The vitriol was real!

12.0 was pretty epic as well. Maybe moreso.

The pitchforks were well and truly out for both of those.

This feels like a much more mature analysis of the current game. People enjoy the game but are not happy with the current direction. To many parts of the game, especially battlegrounds have rewards to outdated to be worth the effort. They’re simply letting Kabam know, they will continue to play game, but won’t spend whilst the game stays as it is. We’ll see how far kabams changes goes towards making the different game modes feel relevant again.

It’s cyclical. Those of us who have been around for a long time have seen similar circumstances crop up every year or two since the start.

The downfall already started when Brian was forced to leave!
You can’t tell me anything about community when we all allowed him to be treated this way.
