What is the ideal Ironheart rotation in Necropolis (or other everest content)?

I am planning to do the 10 Year Carina Challenge soon, and coming from the Shuri School of Necropolis, I'm looking forward to seeing what IH does with her debuffs.
On the face of it, it seems like doing a couple SP3s to stack those indefinite debuffs would be recommended, as that guarantees a baseline DoT, permanent utility (since tracking will be up permanently with 5 indefinite), as well as a baseline SP2 damage boost.
But my concern is whether needing to do 2-3 SP3s (and therefore 6-9 bars of power) wastes too much time, compared to either getting in 6-9 SP1's or 2x SP1-SP2 rotations.

I'm no expert on Ironheart, but now that they've fixed the SP1 Vulnerability, perhaps the cycle is to just spam sp1s to keep the debuffs paused and maybe work an sp2 or two in there if the power allows it.
Maybe chuck an Sp3 for an extra permenant repulsor debuff but idk if that'll make a huge difference.
I love Ironheart - took her to r3 before the Bug on her Vulnerability was known about.
The infinite debuffs from the SP3 are rarely relevant - it's the power drain that's useful; and it's definitely worth accessing from time to time.
Basic gameplay + throwing mostly SP1s keeps up crazy numbers of debuffs; and then there's the SP2 to 'cash out'. So the suggestion above "spam sp1s to keep the debuffs paused and maybe work an sp2 or two in there if the power allows it." sounds good to me.
Her rotation is very tight, especially once you stack a lot of debuffs. When you stack 35+ debuffs, you'll deal around 2-3k dot damage per tick, which is pretty decent. Just spam sp1s. Her block AAR helps against a lot of champs like apoc cap and Wiccan.
