Alliance Quest Rewards

I've tried waiting patiently, shut down and restarted the game at various hours throughout the day, but while other members of my alliance have received their rank rewards, some of us have not. Is this a glitch? Would like to rank up my archangel before tomorrow's war, so if we could all receive our rewards I would be very thankful.
