Pun 2099 vs OG Ultron 5.4.6

I'm curious if 5/50 Pun would handle OG Ultron's regen with the automatic heal block or if that would act as a debuff and trigger the crazy power gain....any thoughts?

to OP, you might have to be lucky. spam SP1 and try to keep batteries as high as possible. and try to keep up and kill Ultron because it is going to be really long battle lol. he seems like a good option though. he could handle the power gain too.
