Prestige chart for R5 5 stars

We need an updated chart. This really shouldn't be a mystery. Rank ups are a combination of prestige and utility (at least for me). The way the heroes scale from R4 to R5 is inconsistent and does not scale. Meaning that Blade may be top 3 as an R4 but may move down as an R5.

When can we expect this?
