    Agreed, last time I did a big featured opening I opened close to 50 and didn’t get nf or cyclops blue team. This was when cyclops was just announced that he was getting a rework

    @KabamDORK , the game team just avoided a boycott and you make another bug ? spend time thinking and preparing a joke with profile pictures instead than checking if a 90 days cristal is well prepared (and it already happened before )? Seriously ?
    Will we get shards back ? We deserve it

    I got a compensation message...with no compensation attached. Did they put the shards directly in my account? I don't know how much Kabam thinks they should give me, but I spent 150k shards and I expect that many back.

    Ok, relaunched the game and got 10 featured 6-star hero crystals attached to the message. That's exactly the number I purchased. Do I get to keep the iso/gold/shards that came from all the dupes when I bought the crystals initially? I guess that's the compensation for the "pain and suffering"...

    Log out the game and log back in, you should see the amount of crystals you opened waiting to be claimed.
