The first one is not necessary but this one is definitely needed. Lower his cruelty potency but let him get his cruelties whenever any defensive ability fails, like black cat cruelties, instead of just evade.
OG falcon is fine as is. He may be boring but that's the point. He turns hard fights into stupid Arena fights.
That's a pretty fair outlook on Falcon. Its good to have a few simple and straightforward champions mixed in with ones with novellas for abilities.
Falcon may not be the best, but my god is he reliable as hell. Great BG attack, was my chief counter to both ordeal Spam and Thing (died 3 times to Spam cause the power rate made me knock him to sp3s/unblockable sp2s), goated skill champion and needs more love.
