Question on Giveaway Timing

Just wanted to ask if anybody had an idea of what the timeframe is for receiving giveaway rewards, I had won the giveaway from April 4th and even though I was contacted on the 7th I had not received any other communication from Kabam.

Not trying to be pushy just genuinely curious, I know there has been some issues in the game lately that might have affected this as well.
