Are 3-star relics worth ranking up?

I see that compared to 5 and 4 star relics the boost given by 3 star relics is unnoticeable. Are all of them like this? Are there any of them that are worth using? i just became cavalier and most of my relics are 3 and 4 stars and some good ones like venom and dr sinister i only have as 3 star relics and i was wondering whether i should rank them up?

    They are if you're using a varied Roster and they're the only ones you have to spare.

    I honestly forgot relics could be ranked up. I guess they are if you want to.

    I rank up all the rarity. Tbh I don't really care what the relic does it is more of a combo extension for me and the higher the rank the faster it fills.
