Holy Cow they cooked with the Radiance Store

I just want to say I’m very impressed with the radiance store’s offering, and really just the post in general. I’m especially glad that Kabam (or at least Crashed) acknowledge that there isn’t any solo competitive PVE content for players to get up to date rewards.
Small thing though- why not put some ascension dust in there? Some of us would like some, especially T1.
Can’t wait for the new updates on radiance sources.

There's also this:
Start saving your t2 dust for Magik I guess lol
Gonna be way behind as a valiant in short order
Radiance store is awesome.
I think it's a great change, and while higher ranked valiant will build rosters faster then me, it's fine since it was always going to happen anyways even if the store never was implemented. At least now I can have more movement then previously where to get the best rewards I'd have to wait for endgame content like epoch or story quests.
I also don't think that radiance is some magic button that will turn regular players into 24/7 grinders, so if a big gap happens, it will likely be between the very top 1% no-lifers and the rest of the Valiants. If anything, I see radiance as sucking dry that 1% for even more of their money, since they'll be ramping up their spending to make sure their rosters are as stacked as possible to chase the PvP radiance rewards.
Basically, throwing some chum in the water for the fish to battle each other with spending.
“There is a noticeable parallel between the ways that commercial fishermen and department stores generate a competitive fury among those they wish to hook. To attract and arouse the catch, fishermen scatter some loose bait called chum. For similar purposes, department stores holding a bargain sale toss out a few especially good deals on prominently advertised items called loss leaders. If the bait—of either form—has done its job, a large and eager crowd forms to snap it up. Soon, in the rush to score, the group becomes agitated, nearly blinded, by the adversarial nature of the situation. Human beings and fish alike lose perspective on what they want and begin striking at whatever is being contested.”

I'm happy people are getting the rewards bump they so craved. Me, I could care less. My real question is, is that book you quoted worth reading because that paragraph seems really interesting.
