Secret Codes are a Scam

I figured out the code for 1 of them, went to a high signal area, had it pretyped and hit enter soon as the time hit 12 PM, i did it so fast that the first time it said invalid, then right after i tried again, and it said redeemed already.

Im genuinely curious, why limit the codes to being redeemable just once? Why not make it more options, but slightly lower the reward in return?

Not to mention, this basically means you cant actually enjoy the stream and have to pay attention to minute clues. Not to mention, since majority will be at work/school (if theyre not on opposite time zone)

Making it just 1 redeemable code is absurd imo when theres thousands of people on the stream.

Its simple, make it slightly larger (like 15-30) and reduce the reward slightly (5k shards for e.g.)

    Couldn't agree more, it's ridiculous.

Secret codes are such a bad idea. It’s already disappointing enough to never get a giveaway. And now everyone can be double disappointed by not getting a code. Especially when we have to sit through these livestreams that take too long and they talk to much.

It’s a bad idea. Making the regular promo codes that are available to all ‘hidden’ so it’s a hunt could be fun, but limited numbers is a mistake. Why expand the twitch drop availability to people who are busy, sleeping etc and then restrict these codes? One step forward two steps back. You’re asking people to listen intently, write codes down, and then come back hours later and race each other. A better idea could be making the rewards a gamble - you might get a 7*, you might get gold - that way it’s RNG limiting how many get the bets rewards. But asking people to go through all of this just to get nothing is silly.

You should have connected from 4loki's wifi. They had no problem being first.
