No 5* Kang in greater gifting crystal

Can you please confirm if 5* Kang is in the crystal like we were told as it isn’t in the description

Also got the cookie cutter “we’re sorry you didn’t get what you want, but that’s chance and we confirm nothing is wrong on our end, etc etc”

At the same time we got a message from Mike

Customer support is such a waste... condescending like I my ticket has 0 merit...

I totally agree that we need some clarification on Kang not being mentioned it the in-game crystal description...likely an oversight...but still would love some confirmation from Kabam.

I Just spun a Greater Gifting Crystal and noticed that the contents of the Crystal did not show up while it was spinning. Is kabam intentionally hiding the contents of the crystal? We don’t even get to watch 5 Star Kang go by while the crystal is spinning?????

i searched the web and found no 5* kang screenshots form greater gifting crystal. Sounds like the 5* punisher case 2.0
