Half the time blocking doesn't work, the opponent is able to break it... Is it a bug??

I rarely faced this too, its mostly input issues when fighting against laggy defenders like dust.

What gamemode tho?

Yeah happened to me yesterday when I was rounding out valiant EQ. I thought I was tripping. Also happened like twice in battlegrounds

yes, happening frequently at the most inopportune times. Onslaught has also parried my Shockers SP2 twice in the last two days as well.
