I sent a hero crystal to a friend and he said he did not get it. What do I do?

    You can gift again or have him submit a ticket.

    No, you sent a gift. If he did not get it then they can correct that. Why should they refund units?

    err, what are you asking them to fix exactly? The limit you need keeps going up as you claim each reward, read the notes for this, same as last years

    The same way you are asking them to refund the units, by access to the game and make the changes. Chances are your mate did get the crystal, but by saying he didnt he doesnt have to send you one back. Raise a ticket, but bet this is what is the answer
