Wolverine (X-23)
Class: Mutant

Signature Ability: Daughter Of The Wolverine
Frenzy will trigger when X-23 heals 19-10% of her max health
All Laceration passives will turn into Bleed passives that deal X amount of damage over 0.8 seconds upon expiry, scaling with X-23's current health percentage (the lower her health, the more damage the Bleeds deal)
If the opponent is immune to Bleed, X-23's Laceration passives will convert into Rupture passives instead

Passives:
1. Adamantium Claws: X-23's claws are laced with adamantium, causing her claw attacks to inflict a Scratch passive on the opponent, and an Instant Bleed that deals 10% of the attack's damage as additional damage. Special 1s inflict 25 Scratch passives, Special 2s inflict 50 (max stacks: 99).
2. Adamantium Skeleton: X-23's adamantium skeleton grants her increased durability against incoming attacks. This reduces incoming damage taken by non-Special 3s by 0.25% for every Scratch passive on the opponent
3. Healing Factor: When X-23 takes a hit by a non-special attack, gain a dormant Healing Factor charge. These charges increase the duration of all of X-23's Regeneration passives by 1 additional second, and hold idle for 1.5 seconds to activate these charges. Upon the activation, gain a Regeneration passive healing 1% of max health per second (stackable), starting at 1 second, for every Scratch passive on the opponent.
4. Frenzy: When Regeneration effects heal more than 20% of X-23's max health, go into Frenzy mode for 20 seconds, which instantly turns all Scratch passives into Laceration passives, which are paused until Frenzy mode expires, where they will then expire after 3 seconds, but can be refreshed with Heavy attacks.

Abilities:
1. Scratch: This is inflicted whenever X-23 performs a claw attack, and has no effect.
2. Laceration: All Bleed effects gain +4% potency, the potency of opponent's Healing effects is decreased by 2%, opponents suffer -2% Ability Accuracy, and all inputs performed (Block, Dash, Attacks, etc) inflict 0.2% of X-23's attack rating as Instant Bleed damage (stackable)

Attacks:
M1: X-23's lunges forward with both her claws, slashing her enemy across the chest
M2: X-23 plunges both her claws into the opponent's stomach
L1: X-23 lands a punch with her right arm
L2:X-23 scratches her opponent with her left claw
L3:X-23 jabs her opponent with her elbow
L4: X-23 does a back kick and spins around

Special Attacks:
Special 1: X-23 does a spinning kick before slicing through her opponent. Inflict 25 Scratch passives (inflict Laceration passives if Frenzy is active), and a Bleed Vulnerability passive lasting 6 seconds. All attacks in the Special inflict Instant Bleeds, dealing 15% of the attack's damage.
Special 2: X-23 leaps forward, plunging her claws into the enemy, before brutally ripping them out. Inflict 50 Scratch passives and increase the potency of healing effects by 5% for 12 seconds (Inflict 50 Laceration passives instead if Frenzy is active)
Special 3: X-23 launches a flurry of claw attacks, ripping her opponent to shreds. Pause all Regeneration effects for 3 seconds, inflict a permanent Laceration passive of 12% increased potency and a Bleed Vulnerability passive of 10% potency

Synergies (all other synergies are the same, the ones I've included are the ones I've modified)

Bloody Marys (with Scream)
All Laceration effects gain +9% potency

Avengers Arena (with Arcade)
All champions gain +X Critical Rating
X-23: Critical Hits inflict 2 Scratch debuffs

Roommates (with Dust)
X-23: Adamantium Skeleton can reduce damage to 0 when hit with an attack that deals more than 5% of X-23's max health. This can only be used once. Doesn't work for specials

Metallic Affinity (with Wags)
X-23: All Laceration effects gain +35% duration

For this rework, I tried to go with a different take on X-23, making her a damage sponge/regen champ like Weapon X rather than a Bleed champ with anti-Bleed-Immune utility. I felt that this felt more in line with X-23 as a character, given her skills and power set. The Laceration effect also brings a new thorns-like element to gameplay, making her just a little bit more annoying on defense while simultaneously serving as an all-in-one method of boosting damage and controlling the fight. If there are any suggestions or possible improvements I could make, please let me know!
