Act 4 Full Energy Refills?

How often do the full energy refills pop up in Act 4 quests? If I go into/leave the quest, does it reset the items on certain nodes in the quest?

it never reset you should take the path with potions revive or any item first,
then next run it will give you another item in different path..

its not 100% but work most of the time..
