Compensation For Server Issues

Hey, so I am a bit curious. When the whole server issue deal was unfolding we were promised compensation (Hopefully alliance revives for the fight I was kicked out of.) I was wondering if they are counting the halls of fortune/healing and holiday calendar as this, or if we should be excepting something else.

Any clarification about this would be greatly appreciated.
