Auto-fight disables on fight start

About a week ago, I discovered that if I was in a daily quest after it closed, it made me still complete the quest, however, auto-fight has to be turned on each fight instead of staying toggled on. Today, I fell asleep last nite still in Gold basic quest - had to finish it, but same thing.

Seems when a quest is supposed to time out and punt you that it does not, but you have to toggle auto-fight each fight if you are using it.

Got game video to show this happening, but don't know how to post it, or if I need to.

    I'm having the same problem all the time on both Android and Apple devices. Haven't gotten any response here yet, but glad to see it's not just me.
