Account ban for 1 week

My account has been suspended for 1 week due to reasons unknown. I have been playing on PC since they released the PC version,downloaded the client from their website only and updated it as well. I was able to successfully log in to my account this morning and there was no ban,but after some time it showed some error message and a 7-day account ban was displayed saying i violated Kabam's terms of services and this all happened when I was in-game,I urge Kabam to please look into this. I haven't used any third-party software to play this game nor I have used any sort of modding applications. I haven't done anything else either to jeopardize the safety of my account. Please look into this or atleast present a clear ban reason. Thank you.
