The game is now back online for all platforms. Thank you for your patience during this outage.

Inexplicably banned...

This game is the longest I have played and my favorite. It is my best playmate outside of work, but yesterday I was inexplicably restricted from logging in. I don't know what happened? I am very disappointed in you guys... You should look at the problem from the player's perspective appropriately. Thank you

One might argue that protecting the integrity of the game by removing 10,000 accounts (and only temporarily suspending a couple thousand others) is looking at the problem from the perspective of the other 100s of thousands of players that haven't broken the terms of service.

I gave you money, and you took it, so you have to be responsible. You don't understand this simple truth, right? I don't care about the other hundreds of thousands or millions of people. I just want to discuss simple customer relations and game disputes.

If you are a Kabam employee, please say so. If not, please do not change the subject.
Are we going to have to go over this on every single thread?
And I didn't change the subject. They want Kabam to consider the player perspective appropriately and I am arguing that Kabam did consider the player perspective appropriately. Taking action against accounts breaking ToS is a pro-player move.

It doesn’t matter if you bought some offers while breaking ToS. If you cheat on your federal taxes but you always paid your state taxes faithfully, those two don’t cancel each other out.

Please don't change the subject. I'm just asking you, if the client is illegal, then why can Kabam take the player's money? And ban the account directly?

    Why not? It's their game

Your the one changing the subject on someone else's thread and derailing it. I'd suggest you chill out because when kabam returns to office tomorrow your likely to get a forum ban as well.
For what? I have been trying to calmly discuss this incident based on facts, but some people insist on using irrelevant metaphors to change the subject.

You ask questions and the answers just bounce off of you. It’s pretty amazing. “Immune to poison, rupture, power steal and all facts.”
