Frosty Crystal from google play

Some of my allies got Frosty crystal which is google play exclusive. App Store players can have that crystal? Can anyone pl explain

    They just alternate give aways between the two systems. Don't worry you'll get something in a few weeks and us Google users will be wanting something.
