WoF Enchantress interaction harmful with Relic (Spiderman 2099)

I am taking in the recommended Hulk against Enchantress, but unfortunately discovered that Spiderman 2099's rune is making the fight a lot harder.
After Matador gets thrown and grants me 1 bar of power, when I dex, Spiderman 2099's rune prevents the Precision buff from Dex, which ends up triggering Enchantress' signature ability of power steal on buff failing to activate. So, instead of being able to throw a special, I now have like 99% of a bar of power. So with Matador, I essentially have to bait 2 Enchantress specials just to have over one bar of power.
I could do a side rant about relics, but just want to point out that other players might want to check their relics before taking some of these fights.
