Which 7* champs to rank up?!

Which 7* champs do you guys recommend I rank up? I can rank up two 7*R1 champs, or one 7*R2-R3 champ. I appreciate any feedback, I’ve been staring at the screen on and off for a while now.

    You have a ton more options. Kushala, Titania, Luke, Domino, Cyclops, Dazzler, Serpent, Hulk, Knull, Silk, Ham, Prowler (when he gets awakening), Nefaria, DPX, Dust Lumatrix, Crossbones, Vox, Arcade, Bullseye to name a few
