My account not activated after suspended by system error

Is there is any one whose account is suspended in the last ban wave which was explained by support team that was by error in the system

As my account is still suspended for two weeks after the announced that these account will be reactivated

You'd be surprised, actually. In most normal cases (this current issue is definitely different), 99.9% of the players that come here crying about their bans did in fact cheat or break ToS.
In this particular case, nobody is saying you or anyone else that got suspended cheated. But just because you didn't cheat doesn't mean you also didn't break ToS.

I don't understand how I can break ToS.
I think you need only to download the game from official site in my case from play store in android and just play the game.
It is simple to play the game in a fair way without cheating or break ToS

So there is no reason for their ban and they said it was their error.
And even they didn't answer my request in a nonprofessional way in dealings with players especially who spent a decade playing this game

They said some cases were errors and lifted the bans after 3 days. You seem to have a 30 day suspension which usually means 2nd infraction. 1st being 7 days, 2nd 30 and 3rd Permanent.
I know someone who swore didn't do anything, had a 7 day suspension and then after long talks. We figured it was because he was using a different version of android, a rooted version Its a bit of a weird situation cause I know he wasn't cheating, he even used to stream some quests in discord; and I don't think its a 100% fair he gets punished for a rooted version of android. Guy owned it up though, decided to quit instead of making a big fuzz and I actually think his decision is very respectable.

From the first day it is said it is a permeant suspension. I contact with the support team and at the beginning they explained that it was error in the system and false positive account will be activated

They are still looking at accounts if yours is one of those false positives it will be reversed if not then start a new account permanent bans usually means you got banned twice before and this was your final strike

As I played this game for 10 years and I never have been banned

On non legitimate devices, Kabam can instead display a message on login that your device is below our security standards instead of banning, Some banking apps do it like this.

You were banned for cheating multiple times tho, not a bug.

I was not lying, My main account was banned for 30 days only, during the last 5 years or more playing this game, I was only playing fairly and not using any mods or cheats.

You guys really don't like cheaters and I'm like you, I lost to them in BGs and it was very annoying, but seems Kabam managed to reduce them significantly lately.

Kabam crashed literally told you the account linked to your forum account is banned permanently for cheating 3 times. Honestly surprised your forum account isnt banned too. Furthermore, anyone who cheats with one account surely isn't some saint on the other accounts.

Let's follow your logic for a minute, If someone got 1st ban and then after years of playing fairly and not cheating, suddenly was banned for the 2nd time due to the current false positive situation, would the 2nd ban be fair because of the 1st ban ?

From what you are telling so far it's the 2nd account you got banned, the one linked to your current forum profile is already perma banned. So this is your 5th suspension.
