Champs breaking through my blocks!

Hello, as it is already a common after every mateinance I'm getting a very frustrating bug in which champs regularly break through my blocks, I've had to spend like 6 Level 3 revives and full health my champs beacuse of that, and I'm still losing them.
Im playing on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, was playing Buffet path on 5.4.6. This BS is the same after every manteinance, it needs to stop.
