Quest items not delivered upon disconnect

So with the recent disconnection issues everyone seems to be experiencing I had just taken down the master:gold realm boss (voodoo) when the game shut down on me. Upon entering back into the game I expected my progress to be saved only to learn that not only had nothing been saved but none of my rewards were waiting for me nor was my any of the energy refunded and it still counted the units I used on the refill I purchased for that specific run
