Easy Multitude of Buffs

Not to start this off with a negative but I think most of us are a bit disappointed with the new buff program thus far since it takes half a year to either tweak newly released champs or squeeze in a rework from an old champ.
Correct me if I am wrong, the idea and kit could be worked out on a piece of paper in like what 5 minutes? But what takes buffs quite a bit of time and effort from the team is all the code for the buffed champion, right?
To easily get some old champs back in the playing field, wouldn't an efficient way of producing known good buffs be to move some synergies to base kits? I hate to say it but Battlegrounds has taken away the use of synergies, and A LOT of new content/ side quests have been restricting the quantity of champions we can take into any given quest. In turn, this too has taken away the use of synergies. Moving a synergy to a base kit remedies both of these issues.
For example; moving Blade and Ghost Rider's synergy for Blade to his base kit would revitalize the champ without taking too much precious time away from champions who really need a top to bottom look and rework. He would become a dual threat (if you brought a #Villain or #Dimensional Being to the fight) while also becoming a strong attacker not dependent on you bringing in another champ.
It's nothing game breaking and the code is there!
Kabam, you could possibly release 2-4 champs buffs every other month using this technique.
Just a few synergies that could revitalize these champs without making them game breaking, but making them relevant;
1. Black Bolt's synergy with Medusa and Hit Monkey.
2. Carnage' synergy with Red Goblin.
3. Invisible Woman's synergy with Psycho Man and Dragon Man.
4. Sabretooths' synergy with Omega Red.
5. If we want to get crazy, Wolverine's synergy with Apocalypse.
This does not mean synergies should go away entirely, most synergies I feel should stay. While the ones that are being moved should be replaced with something small but complimentary to the old synergy (For Carnage' synergy maybe say bleeds last an additional .5 seconds). Synergies are a part of the game's history of building a team that empowers each other, but the game has gradually shifted away from full 5 champ teams.

Moving synergies to a base kit would still require testing and would take about as much time as actually buffing characters so it's just not worth it when they could just buff them. They will get to every champion eventually, but rushing them just for the sake of buffing them isnt the way to do it
